It gives me great pleasure to announce the return of Diabolical Discourse, and even greater pleasure to announce the return of David Beth.

In what is in all likelihood his only UK talk of the year, Diabolical Discourse, fresh from the flames, is incredibly happy to welcome David back once more to the north. Following his scintillating lecture, and the ensuing lively debate of just under two years ago, all I can say is if you missed that, you certainly don’t want to miss this!

On a personal level, my thanks to David for getting things up and running once more; given support from you wonderfvl folk, events will become regular and what we started two years ago will continue for many more!

I told you we’d be back…

DEATH CULT AND ANCESTRAL WORSHIP

A LECTURE BY DAVID BETH

Saturday 2nd June, 2012

The Britons Protection

50 Great Bridgewater Street

Manchester. M1 5LE

What in most places of our contemporary world has degenerated into a mere commemorative event, in former cultures and societies constituted a central cultus and supreme magical gateway into the numinous. This talk aims at providing important insights into hidden forms of the Death Cult and ancestral worship as pathways into ‘night-consciousness’, a magical state of awareness through which alone we can manifest a supreme ecstatic and fearless state of Gnostic Being. Covering topics as diverse as soul, the fetich, God-eating, Eros, the daemonic and esoteric intoxication, the lecture will discuss the spiritual, magical and occult implications of this ritualistic cultus and its import as a foundation for an individual sorcery, paganism and the gnostic path.

David Beth was born to German parents in Africa, and has been the main con

temporary force in the revival of Esoteric Voudon. He is the founder of La Société Voudon Gnostique, a selective group of international initiates and artists dedicated to manifesting the more powerful, inner revelations and transmissions of the Gods of Voudon, as well as to push evolution and research of Gnosis and esotericism freely beyond all frontiers of orthodoxy. Having received empowerments and initiation into various systems of spirituality, David is also the Hierophant of the Ecclesia Gnostica Aeterna. University educated in Germany and the USA, he has travelled and lived all over the world from Nigeria to Hamburg, from Los Angeles to London, fully devoted to his esoteric quest. As a spiritual teacher and author, David lives and works between Europe and Brasil. His books and essays have been published in various places.

David Beth ~ Saturday 3rd July, 2010

It gives me great pleasure to announce the following talk by David Beth, another truly diabolical discourse~

Juju Rouge:Fetich, Blood, and Necromancy
A lecture by David Beth

Saturday 3rd July, 2010

The Britons Protection
50 Great Bridgewater Street,
Manchester. M1 5LE

Fetich sorcery, blood gnosis, and necromancy are three of the most taboo and fascinating topics in magic and occultism. In this talk David Beth will explain how these three areas come together in the unique and powerful juju-cult of the Nganga (Fetich Master) which is operational within the Esoteric Voudon group of La Société Voudon Gnostique. Considered black magic by most, we are being offered a fascinating glimpse into a living and evolving juju-cult transcending orthodox dogmas of good and evil, black and white. David will take us deep into the nocturnal world of the fetich which is a realm of decidedly elemental sorcery and exceptional raw power, drawing on his own experiences and knowledge as the High Priest of this rite.

David Beth was born to German parents in Africa, is the author of the highly acclaimed book 'Voudon Gnosis', and has been the main force in the revival of Esoteric Voudon in the past decade. He is the founder of La Société Voudon Gnostique, a selective group of initiates and artists dedicated to manifesting the more powerful, inner revelations and transmissions of the Gods of Esoteric Voudon, as well as to push evolution and research of Voudon Gnosis and sorcery freely beyond all frontiers of orthodoxy. David is also a member of the Fraternitas Borealis and Ecclesia Gnostica Aeterna. University educated in Germany and the USA, he has travelled and lived all over the world from Nigeria to Hamburg, from Los Angeles to London, studying occult systems and gnosis for the past two decades. Currently preparing the publication of a second revised and enlarged edition of 'Voudon Gnosis' with Fulgur Ltd., David lives and works between Europe and Brazil.

UPDATE ~ David Beth talk

Further to the earlier announcement regarding upcoming events, David has had to change his travel arrangements for coming back to the UK. Though we are currently in discussion with regards finalising a date, it will, in all likelihood be either early JUNE, or early JULY, and not September as initially planned.

Naturally, David will make the final decision as to what best fits in with his schedule, and I know that we are more than happy to fit in with that. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear David speak in the UK during his short stay, and more specific details will follow soon...
